Drake Maverick of the WWE has been released along with many other superstars. I’ve always known him as Rockstar Spud from TNA/Impact and I’m hoping that AEW realizes that he is one of the best people in the game. This dark cloud for James Curtin may have a silver lining as AEW allows the wrestlers some freedom that he never saw in the WWE.
AEW would benefit greatly to bring in Rockstar Spud. He was underutilized by the WWE, but what else is new? AEW is the right home for him.
