The hit show TITANS has come to an end in the fourth and final season.  The DC program makes the last season count and gives a good conclusion to a popular series.

Nightwing and Starfire are back and they are much of the focus in this season.  They are at least the most interesting.   The series starts off slowly and dark.  This is without question the darkest season in the series.  It’s got some horror vibes in this.  There are characters that get scissors in the eyes.  It can be gruesome at times.

The Titans are in Metropolis and they bring in Lex Luther, which was played very well and very true to the character.  Luther is a criminal mastermind with devious plans and is a good opponent for the heroes.

The fight scenes are great, especially with Nightwing.  The cinematography is great and it’s just a sharp series.  This is filmed and presented in a very cinematic fashion.  There are some great villains including Mother Mayhem, who I wasn’t familiar with, but was very intense.

Titans: The Fourth and Final Season is a lot of fun.  It’s definitely dark and for a more mature audience, but it pulls off what it intends to do.  Each episode bleeds into the next and the slow burn turns into a sprint as we near the conclusion.  It’s worth a watch.
