It was an action-packed night when Combate Americas landed in Lake Tahoe with a 8-bout-card kept fans entertained from start to finish. “Combate Americas Lake Tahoe” brought many fighters to the outdoor “jaula.” On top of an all-star fighter lineup, it was a celebrity packed audience, with UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz, WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio, and rapper Chino Bling watching the fights cageside.

In the World Bantamweight Championship, challenger Joey “El Cazador” Ruquet (7-1) faced off reigning champ Gustavo Lopez (10-4-1) with Gustavo defeating Joey via KO, Round 1 – 1:45 for the Combate Americas title.
In the inaugural world featherweight championship co-main event, Andres “The Bullet” Quintana (18-2) and Bruno Cannetti (8-6) revisited their “COPA COMBATE” semifinal stage tournament match-up. Bruno defeated Andres via Unanimous Decision (29-28 x3).
