Inland Empire, CA – Assuming We Survive are ecstatic to release their EP Chapters today via Third String Records. Featuring previously released singles “Just So You Know”, “California Stoned” and “Make It Out Alive,” the EP delivers a wide range of energy and emotions, showing Assuming We Survive truly pushed themselves to show they have a lot more music to give. On today’s release, the band shares “This album is the culmination of all the years of hard work and ups and downs. It’s an honest insight to where we’ve been the past 2 years- our struggles and triumphs. I’m proud to say it’s our best work yet.” Chapters is available for purchase and streaming today via Spotify and Apple Music, while merch bundles are available here.

Along with producer Tyler Smyth (Danger Kids, Bless the Fall, Falling In Reverse), the band aimed to make a record that “breaks the mold” and takes the well-known passion, fun and energy of Assuming We Survive to the next level. The band shares that “The entire process of recording with Tyler was so much fun! He is such a talented individual and brought out our best. We worked hard, we played hard, and we laughed so much. We had a lot of silly inside jokes. He never put us down our made us feel like we couldn’t do it. If we ever had trouble tracking a part he had this way of making us feel comfortable and confident in getting the right take. We are so grateful Tyler believed in us and wanted to take on the project.”
