Ocean Grove has given fans another piece of the puzzle regarding their highly anticipated album Flip Phone Fantasy today with the release of “NEO.”
Just shy of two minutes long, “NEO” bursts out of the gate before spiraling into a wobbly, distorted breakdown and ramping back up again. Bassist Twiggy Hunter, who swaps the bass for front man duties with Dale on this track, shares that “NEO” is the “sonic boom of bedroom angst”.
“…it’s the fist through the wall to expose what lies on the other side of teenage aggression,” he adds. “It is the learning of one’s depression through anger and confusion and trying to find your place in a world of distortion. It completes the spectrum of human emotions that ‘Flip Phone Fantasy’ seeks to explore.”

“NEO” joins previous singles “JUNKIE$” and “SUNNY” from the forthcoming album due out this Spring via UNFD.
Last year, Ocean Grove embarked on a sold out national single tour, played Yours & Owls festival and the inaugural Land Of Plenty Festival. They are on the road right now supporting Crossfaith in Europe and are gearing up for plenty more shows later this year.
