Former WBO heavyweight champion, Joseph Parker, 25-2, 19 KO’s, had little trouble handling and stopping Alexander Flores, 17-2-1, 15 KO’s, in vicious fashion in three rounds. The first round was a feeling out round with both men not doing a lot. It would pick up in the second round with both men getting some things done. Parker pushed and Flores was able to land some shots in close. In the third round, a low blow would have Flores motioning to the ref only to be clobbered with a right cross and dropped. He got up but was blasted out with a huge combination that ended the fight.
Parker showed his mean side in this fight, aggressively stalking and stopping Flores, even though there could be a debate about the low blow – right cross combination that started the end.
