Bantamweight Vegas Larfield, 2-0, 2 KO’s, went to war with Juan Alberto Flores, 2-1-1. In the first round, Larfield attacked and tried to get Flores out of there as quickly as possible. Flores would survive and start to fight back in round two, using his aggression and punch output to get him into the fight and win the second round.
In round three, Larfield would tighten up his technique and it made all the difference. He would miss with a right hand but land his short left hook to drop Flores. He would get up and get dropped again, immediately, from a right hand. He would continue but Larfield went for the kill and got the stoppage with a barrage against the ropes, forcing the referee to stop the fight.
