In Ouija Blood Ritual, the footage of three filmmakers shooting a web series has been recovered. Intending to debunk famous Internet urban legends and rituals, they perform a blood ritual that summons an ancient primordial entity in the process. As the spirit’s unstoppable evil seeps into their daily lives the trio are left with a single choice: Submit to its will… or die.
The newest movie from cult filmmaker Dustin Mills (Slaughterhouse Slumber Party, Puppet Monster Massacre), finds him taking on his largest role in-front of the camera, while working again with Kayla Elizabeth (Slaughterhouse Slumber Party) and newcomer Rob Grant III (The Low Lives).
Ouija Blood Ritual will see its theatrical premiere as a virtual cinema screening room offering by Cleveland Cinemas starting June 5th. Blu-Ray and DVD Special Editions, featuring director’s commentary, cast interviews, and uncut footage, are available to pre-order from Phantom Pain Films now. It will be available digitally on iTunes, Amazon Video, Google Play, YouTube, and Vimeo on June 30th.
