I remember in 1994 when I checked my pager and my friend was reminding me that THE LION KING was playing. My boy, Elton John, produced the best song of his career and y’all better not be saying “well that’s not saying much.” He’s my boy and I don’t care if he wears a wig man.
In July of 2019, we are seeing a reboot or remake or re-imagining of THE LION KING and I’m beyond excited. I went to page my friend but then I realized that I don’t have my pager anymore and then I realized my friend died in 1997. I’ll need a Ouija board to reach his ass now.
