Sting is one of the biggest stars in pro wrestling history and he is now in AEW and will speak on Dynamite this week. This is such a great addition to the roster and a great way for the Stinger to end his career. TNT was the home of WCW Nitro, a show that became huge and featured Sting in the rafters with the Crow makeup most of the time as he took on the N.W.O.
WCW was very good to Sting, but I can’t say the same for the WWE. At his Wrestlemania appearance, he lost to HHH of all people and the fans were robbed of the highly anticipated Undertaker match. The HHH loss was a major let down and so was the career-ending injury shortly after. The WWE had nothing left for Sting, but AEW does.
It’s uncertain how much he can do in the ring, but even limited matches would be quite a treat for the fans of both WCW and AEW that think that he needs the proper sendoff.
