SHRIEKFEST, The Los Angeles Horror/SciFi Film Festival & Screenplay Competition has tapped award-winning artisan, Steve Soffa has designed custom timepieces and jewelry to commemorate the festival! A stalwart in the biker, exotic car and poker community, Soffa’s work has spanned over 20 years in the world of brand merchandise where he has guided some of the Americas top companies in their quest to effectively promote their image and message. Soffa is recognized as the official bracelet designer of the 2010 World Series of Poker and creates hand crafted watches and jewelry for the lifestyle industries. His dark, otherworldly style is a perfect match for the indie horror culture in which Shriekfest is a long time stalwart.
Festival Founder & Director, Denise Gossett, launched the festival in 2001, and the event has steadily grown to become a ground-breaking venue for today’s hottest horror and scifi filmmakers. Shriekfest is currently in it’s 15th year!
Films screened at Shriekfest have been picked up for distribution by Lionsgate, Anchor Bay, Warner Bros Home Video and many others. This year’s fest will screen films in competition on October 1-4 at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, CA. Custom time pieces and jewelry will be available for purchase at the festival and online here
