The former NWA Champion, Thunder Rosa, will be trying to regain the belt against the current champ, Serena Deeb, on Dynamite. There was a lot of talk of Rosa signing with the WWE and some sites called it a “done deal,” but obviously, it’s not.
The relationship with NWA and AEW is a great thing. Billy Corgan did great things with IMPACT and got screwed there and started up the NWA again and his creativity could help AEW in a big way. It looks like it might be happening to a certain extent with the NWA title becoming a featured one on Dynamite from time to time.
I suspect that Rosa will regain the title over Deeb. Rosa is a superstar.
