SCU comes to the ring with Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels as they face off against FTR, formerly known as the Revival in WWE. FTR is very old school. They are right out of the 1980s, reminiscent of Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson.
The match is brutal as both teams are trading shots in a very even showdown. FTR is landing some great suplexes, including a slingshot suplex. He gives the 4 horseman sign, holding up four fingers. AEW has so much respect for the ghosts of WCW. WWE killed WCW but you can’t keep a good thing down.
SCU gains the advantage and gets a few near falls with some great moves, but FTR regains their footing and land some great double team moves to get the near fall. Daniels lands the Angel’s Wings for the near fall, but it was broken up. FTR lands the Goodnight Express to continue their winning ways.
