Matt Hardy is very angry and is transitioning from one personality to another after a terrible and bloody attack by the Inner Circle’s own, Sammy Guevara. It was only a couple of weeks ago when a chair shot would leave Hardy bloody and angry. Now, the two will meet in the ring to settle the matter.
Hardy has not taken off as I expected him to in AEW, due largely to the Covid and the lack of live crowds. He feeds off the crowds and reads them, adjusting his work to fit the mood. He doesn’t have that here, so Broken Matt Hardy is still not there yet, but hopefully it will come back and be the biggest thing in wrestling.
