Cuban heavyweight, Frank Sanchez, 11-0, 9 KO’s, knocked out Willie Jake, JR., 8-2-1, 3 KO’s, with a barrage of punches that didn’t land in the second round. In the first round, Sanchez won with ease, landing his shots, especially the straight right hand against the southpaw, Jake, JR.

In the second round, Sanchez began landing with more regularity. Against the corner, Sanchez would send Jake, JR., to the floor without landing a shot. This was a case of the opponent not wanting to be there and was looking for a way out. Sanchez wins by knockout in 2, but the opponent was a joke and didn’t give any challenges for the Cuban heavyweight.
