Composed of lead vocalist Lynn Gunn, guitarist Alex Babinski and bassist Brian MacDonald, PVRIS gained early attention due to their unique sound and raw energy.
“I wrote “St. Patrick” this past fall when we had a day off from tour,” explains Gunn. “We were all home for a day and everyone from our crew was passed out in my living room. We had only been home for three hours and I was already stir crazy and going out of my mind (the story of my life). I grabbed my laptop, ran upstairs to my room, wrote “St. Patrick”, and recorded a demo in just two hours. The song was so different and weird that I honestly didn’t expect the song to make it onto our record, let alone be the first single.”
