Podcast by Forris Day JR

On this episode of “Coffee Shop Conversations” Forris talks to Michael G. Uva, author of “The Grip Book”. “The Grip Book” is the go-to reference book for anyone in the film and TV business, particularly anyone who wants to become a grip. The book began in 1987 while Michael was working on the movie “The Big Easy”. He started writing notes to help other crew members understand movie set terminology and now over 25 years later the book is much heftier and in it’s fifth edition. Enjoy this conversation with Key Grip, Michael G. Uva.
