AEW Dynamite begins with Lance Archer. He storms out of the backstage, beating up some poor guy that was unfortunate enough to work at AEW as a grip or some other gig. Archer is making it a point to beat up innocent people for fun.
Jake “The Snake” Roberts came out and cut a great heel promo, noting that he will apologize to Brandi Rhodes right after she kisses his ass. He then insisted that women belong at home to service the men. It was great stuff.
Cody Rhodes ran down to the ring and we got to see Archer and Rhodes got at for the first time. It is a great segment to build up to the TNT championship match at DOUBLE OR NOTHING. Roberts and Archer are such a great team to take on wrestling’s best baby face in Rhodes. Great great stuff.
