Jarell “Big Baby” Miller, 23-0-1, 20 KO’s, chased down and knocked out the overmatched Bogdan Dinu, 18-1, 14 KO’s, in the fourth round. In the first two rounds, Dinu used speed and movement, but the pressure of Big Baby was too much and caught up with him. It didn’t take long to see the difference in quality. Miller is a real contender. Dinu did not belong in the ring with Miller and didn’t belong in the top 10 of the WBA.
In the third round, Miller beat Dinu up against the ropes and it was obvious that it was just a matter of time. In the fourth round, a left hook dropped Dinu. He got up at 9 and was dropped again with a right hand and elected to stay down for the full ten, knowing that he did not belong in the ring with Miller.
Miller is talking about a fight with Dillian Whyte in the near future, but will most likely take another match to keep busy. Let’s hope that he takes on somebody better than Adamek or Dinu in the next one.
