OK, I’m a big fan of scalloped potatoes. Actually, anything potato will call my name. I’m Irish, so maybe that’s it. Whatever the case, potatoes have my number and the scalloped potatoes are one of my favorite ways to prep them. So, after trying the burgers, I cooked up some of the filet mignons on the grill, as directed by the book that came with the order. I then placed a few of the individually scalloped potatoes in the oven.
I’m not a steak guy buy my wife and daughter sure as hell are. So, I had a burger and one of the scalloped potato deals for my dinner, using A-1 sauce on the burger and saving the potato thing for last. As it turned out, I saved the best for last. As an expert in potatoes, these are the best scalloped potatoes I’ve had.
It comes in circular form and is a mix of scalloped and mashed with some sort of cheese sauce, I think, mixed in. I immediately regretted not making two for myself. I won’t make that mistake again.
The Individually Scalloped Potatoes from Omaha Steaks is really an amazing side dish. I don’t always give a ranking to food, but I’m going to do it here. These are a 10/10. It’s just the perfect mix and taste. I look forward to having them again.
