This Wednesday on AEW’s Dynamite, the New Year’s Smash, the women’s world champion, Hikaru Shida, will defend her title against the scariest challenge of her career, Abadon. Shida has been the most dominant champion and has beaten all challengers, but she seems spooked by the latest challenge, Abadon.
Abadon might just be the one to take the title from the long-reigning champion and it might be the right move for AEW. Abadon could easily be their Undertaker in the women’s division.
