In a dull fight, fit to cure insomniacs, Hector Tanajara JR, 18-0, 5 KO’s, out-boxed the smaller, Ezequiel Aviles, 16-4-3, 6 KO’s, taking the unanimous decision win by scores of 100-90 by all three judges.
There was absolutely no drama in the fight, outside of the corner of Aviles fighting over whether they should stop the fight or not. Aviles was never hurt but he was so desperately behind, there was no reason for the fight to go on. It would have also been a favor to the boxing fans if the fight was stopped after the first round. This was terribly boring stuff. I wonder how much DAZN is paying Sergio Mora for his favorable commentary of fighters like Tanajara. Complete garbage fight and bullshit commentary on this one.
