Lightweight, Hector Tanajara, JR., 19-0, 5 KO’s, had no issues easily outpointing the slower, Juan Carlos Burgos, 33-4-2, 21 KO’s, taking the unanimous decision in a less than exciting fight, by scores of 99-91, 97-92 (twice).
Tanajara, JR., mixed outside fighting with inside fighting and dominated in both areas with Burgos only having slight moments of success with some body work. It didn’t matter. Tanajara, JR., had the fight from start to finish and was never in any trouble, sweeping the rounds. Despite the best efforts of the DAZN commentary team, the fight was not a barn burner.
