From Ex-Con to Inspiration: Larry Lawton Speaks to Scared Stiff

Larry Lawton is an ex-con gone good. After spending 11 years in the Federal Prison System for racketeering, he came out a changed man, hell bent on helping at-risk youth. Larry relates his story of growing up in the inner city, to 6 years in the U.S. Coast Guard to his downward spiral into a life of crime, leading to prison time. Larry’s story will inspire you and look at people in prison in a whole new light. He has authored a book about his life called “Gangster Redemption”. He is the founder of “The Reality Check Program” where he goes out and speaks to kids in schools, youth groups and anywhere else his message can guide a young persons life.
