Evgeny Romanov, 14-0, 10 KO’s, had absolutely no issue stopping Dario German Balmaceda, 19-19-2, 13 KO’s, in the first round. Romanov followed the taller Balmaceda around the ring and dropped him with a left hook. He got up and was put down again with a barrage against the ropes. He would rise again and another left hook would end it.
Romanov is a heavyweight to watch but this was a huge mismatch and the end result was expected.
