Super Middleweight Champion, Callum Smith, 26-0, 19 KO’s, showed why he has the belt and why he is a viable opponent for Canelo Alvarez with an explosive knockout over Hassan N’Dam, 37-4, 21 KO’s. It was a tremendous performance for Smith, knocking the challenger down in the first from a crushing left hook.
In the second round, N’Dam would hit the floor again from another left hook. He would start moving away and staying out of danger and found some success in round three but it wouldn’t last long. A tremendous right hand knocked N’Dam down very hard and the fight was over. What a tremendous victory for the champ and now he can look forward to bigger fights and maybe even a fight with the prize, Canelo Alvarez.
