Coming out dressed as Santa Claus, southpaw Raymond Ford, 5-0, 2 KO’s, easily knocked out Francisco Muro, 3-7, in the very first round in an extreme mismatch. Ford came at him and landed some very hard rights including a huge left cross that really hurt Muro.
Muro got up to his feet and was pressed to the ropes and a barrage from Ford would convince the referee to stop the fight at the 1:41 mark of the first round. It was very impressive but the competition was terrible.
