Heather Hardy, 22-0, 4 KO’s, used her reach and height to control the shorter opponent, Shelly Vincent, 23-2, 1 KO, en route to a unanimous decision by scores of 97-93 (twice) and 99-91. It was an action-packed fight that was entertaining throughout, but the talent was with Hardy and she fought through some head butt-related cuts to stay the course and stick with the game to take the victory with ease.
This is the second encounter between these two with Hardy winning the first by close majority decision. This time there was no doubt and Hardy can move on to bigger and better things.
