2012 U.S. Olympic alternate and bantamweight prospect, Eros Correa (2-0, 2 KO), made weight for his upcoming bout in Tijuana, Mexico, taking place this Saturday, October 27, 2017 at the Gimnasio Independencia. Correra weighed in at 122 lbs., while his opponent Cristian Vizcarra weighed in at 123 lbs.
Correa, who is managed by Cali Boxing Management, recently fought in Salinas, Ca on October 13th. This will be Correa’s second fight in two weeks with the hopes of becoming (3-0, 3 KOs).
“I made weight easy and now its time to let my hands go,” said Eros Correa who resides in San Jose, Ca. “I know fighting in Mexico is not an easy task being that my opponent will have the crowd on his side. I only have four rounds to make a statement so I’m going to come out aggressive and try to get him out of there. I’m definitely going for the knockout out.”
