Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment has just released WEDNESDAY – SEASON ONE has been released on Blu-Ray and DVD. It’s one of the most popular series and features one of the rising stars in both TV and film, Jenna Ortega, in the lead role of Wednesday.
The Addams Family has been a popular series that has been revisited on a few occasions with mixed success and it was difficult to see anyone else in the role of Wednesday outside of Christina Ricci, but Ortega has made the role her own and did incredibly well, gaining a big following in the process.
The series focuses on Wednesday and her journey to discover more about herself and her family, uncovering many mysteries. The show does a great job of keeping it interesting and mixing in enough of the old and new with this new approach to the series.
WEDNESDAY: SEASON ONE is now available and there’s a reason why it’s become so popular and launched the career of Ortega. The show is stylish and interesting and the cast is very solid. It’s definitely worth a watch and is one of the better shows in recent times.
