AEW Dynamite continues with more backstory for Scorpio Sky and his build to bigger things. He is on the verge of being one of the biggest players in AEW. We then got MJF giving an update on his injury and his rehab status. His hangnail has “over healed”, but now he has nicked his neck during shaving, leading to a neck brace and another injury that has put him on the shelf. MJF is hilarious.
Musa, a newcomer to AEW, was brought to the ring to take on Wardlow. Wardlow is a monster and he is building a great deal of momentum in these squash matches. Musa was able to get in a few moves but nothing was effective. A great knee from the top rope leading to the finisher led to the 1-2-3 for the beast known as Wardlow.
