Light heavyweight, Tristan Kalkreuth, 4-0, 3 KO’s, was incredibly impressive in a first round knockout of the taller opponent, Blake Lacaze, 4-8-2, 2 KO’s. A left hook would drop Lacaze midway through the round, and it wouldn’t last long after that.
Lacaze was moving and trying to use his reach, but his hands were down and he was backing up straight with his hands down. Lacaze was easy prey and the right hook-left hook combo that ended him was a scary one. He was knocked cold from clean head shots that were set up by a good left to the body by the rising light heavyweight prospect.
