The hit show SUCCESSION has just been released on Blu-Ray and it is a must own for any fan of the series and any fan of quality writing and production. Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment brings the 39 episodes of the HBO series to the market in a big way and if you are looking for something to binge on, this is the show.
The presentation is really good. The artwork both on the outside of the box and the inside are eye-catching and the Blu-Rays are secure in the packaging. There was thought put into this release and it definitely falls into a collector’s item for fans of the show.
The show, itself, is a political drama with each episode bleeding into the next. It’s an analysis of power how it can drive a family apart and into unsuspected ways. The overall story of the show is relatable despite the amount of power the family has. This is a family drama that has a lot on the line. It explores how power corrupts and money divides.
Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment knocks it out of the park with this one. The quality of the show is matched by the quality of the presentation. The shows are presented in a very cinematic way with incredible camera work and direction. The cast is stellar and the shows flew by with a great pace.
On top of the 39 episodes, the release also includes tons of bonus material to explore, including over 20 bonus features including Inside the Episode featurettes, Character Recaps, Cast and Crew Interviews and more.
