When you talk about horror movies, the name “Stephen King” will come up. With classic books and movies like IT, PET SEMATARY, CARRIE, THE MIST, and SALEM’S LOT, King has earned his way into the horror hall of fame and has amassed a huge amount of fans.

In this new book: STEPHEN KING LIBRARY DESK CALENDAR (2013), we have something special. First, it’s durable, hard cover, and the size is good. It’s going to make it the entire year no matter how rough you are with it. It’s not something that you can just leave at home, and considering that it will probably be banging around in my car, it’s the perfect item to keep track of events and dates without concern that I won’t be able to use it throughout the entire year.

I mention the durability for two reasons. One, for an item like this, it really needs to be, and two, how many times do you see a big name slapped on an item only to get something cheap out of it. This is not the case here. This is a well-made item and a conversation piece for sure.

Each page of this calendar has information, quizzes, and trivia about King and his rise to the top of the horror genre. You will find yourself reading the entire thing the moment that you get it, leaving the rest of the year to relive and re-read the interesting facts concerning King and his projects. The horror fans have been very fortunate lately when it comes to books. There have been ultimate guides to slashers and zombies and now this. If you are a horror fan, you need to own this and with the resurge of paper products, this is the right piece at the right time.

STEPHEN KING LIBRARY DESK CALENDAR (2013) is a great item to own for any and all horror fans and anyone curious about a man that writes such terrifying things. This is a product that I highly recommend.

Reviewed by Melissa Garza You know you’re married to the right guy when he not only agrees to watch one of the cheesiest, bad, romance movies of all time, but he painfully pays attention to the plot. I first saw this movie when I was a young teen.  I loved it!  […]
