Boxing is back!  Top Rank has brought the sport of kings back and Tuesday Night Fights is live and I’m very stoked to see the return.  Coming from Las Vegas, the fight card promises to be a great show.  Interestingly, the show will have no fans in the stands.  The Covid-19 pandemic impacts everything.

Starting the show is 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Robeisy Ramirez, 2-1, 2 KO’s, the man that holds a victory over Shakur Stevenson in the amateurs.  Ramirez, after losing his pro debut, has gone 2-0 with 2 knockouts and has big plans for the future. Yeuri Andujar, 5-3, 3 KO’s, is the opponent tonight, and it is very strange to see the empty arena.

30 seconds into the fight, Andujar is down.  Less than a minute in, he’s down again and the fight is over! What a great knockout win for Ramirez!  The straight left hand was the punch that did the damage.
