The AEW world title tournament is about to start and several names have been announced, including Rey Fenix, Wardlow, Colt Cabana, Kenny Omega and his former partner, Hangman Page.

Jon Moxley talks about his plan to “survive” Lance Archer next week but acknowledges that he is facing one hell of a challenge.  Miro will also be in action and Cody will defend against Orange Cassidy as well.  Next week is stacked!

Luther and Serpentico come to the ring, followed by Chris Jericho and Jake Hager, accompanied by Santana, Ortiz and Sammy Guevara.  You have to love Guevara’s singing along with Judas.  He is hilarious.

Jericho’s size advantage is proving too much for the smaller Serpentico.  Luther tags in and has a lot more success than his partner.  He starts putting the punishment on Jericho.  Luther and Serpentico are working very well together and are now controlling the match.

Serpentico seems too small to contend with Jericho and Hager.  Luther is pretty slow in there.  He barely climbed to the top rope to land on the Inner Circle.  Luther doesn’t seem to be that steady in the ring and is constantly shaky in every move.

Luther uses the bat to get a near fall.  After a distraction from Sammy Guevara, a Judas Effect puts Luther out for the 3 count.  I have to say that Luther looked dangerous in the ring.  They might want to use him sparingly.

As Jericho speaks, MJF comes to the ring.  MJF has brought out a present for the former champion.  MJF brings out “Clownico” the clown.  This is getting tense by the minute. MJF gives Jericho a framed picture of himself and Clownico gets hit with the Judas Effect.
