In an attraction turned fight, KSI, 1-0, did a little more to overcome the strength advantage of Logan Paul, 0-1, in a six round scrap that was, if nothing else, entertaining. From the opening bell, KSI attacked and swept the first three rounds. In round three, KSI landed a right hand that dropped Paul, but the knockdown wasn’t called.
In round four, the tables would turn, and Paul would score two uppercuts and drop KSI, but the second uppercut landed while Paul held him. The referee scored it a knockdown, but took two points away from Paul for the illegal tactics. It seemed excessive.
Paul ran out of gas, eking round five out, but it was all KSI in round six and he took the decision by the scores of 55-56, 56-55 and 57-54. I had it 57-54 for KSI. Throw out all the bullshit that went into this fight and all the nonsense on social media, these two guys became fighters tonight and did the sport proud despite the all the craziness leading up to this fight.
