The AEW women’s world champion, Hikaru Shida, will be defending her title against the unknown Diamante this Wednesday. Last week, Diamante earned the title shot with a victory and now Shida will step into the ring with her. The women’s title may become much like the TNT championship with defenses against a new challenger that is relatively unknown.
Shida will win and will hopefully be defending against Dr. Britt Baker in the near future.
