EDGE OF PARADISE Release New Album “Universe” Today via Frontiers Music Srl – Music News

Geno
Formed by singer/pianist Margarita Monet and guitarist Dave Bates in 2011, Los Angeles based Edge Of Paradise has made a name for themselves in the metal scene with the release of well-received independent albums and heavy touring both nationally and internationally. Their new album, and first for Frontiers, “Universe” was produced by Mike Plotnikoff (Halestorm, Three Days Grace) and mixed by Jacob Hansen (Amaranthe, Volbeat, Pretty Maids). “Universe” brings together a symphonic and classic metal approach with more contemporary sounds like industrial and electronic influences.

Coinciding with the release of “Universe”, Edge Of Paradise is already confirmed to appear as direct support to Sonata Arctica this November – December 2019 on their upcoming European headline run. Additionally, the band recently confirmed that they will be supporting Swedish metallers Hammerfall on their 2020 North American Tour. The tour kicks off September 14, 2020 in West Palm Beach, FL and runs through October 19th in Silver Spring, MD. The band will tour extensively through 2020 in support of the album as well, with more touring announcements, in addition to the Hammerfall run, imminent.

“We are beyond excited to bring our show to many parts of the world! With a European tour starting in November with and US and Canada dates coming up in 2020 with Hammerfal and Beast In Black, we can’t wait to share our songs live! Music is a universal language that unifies all of us, and we are so grateful to be able to be a part of this beautiful and exhilarating experience. So come to the shows, let’s forget the world for a moment, and get lost in our “Universe” together,” says vocalist Margarita Monet.
