Combate Americas ended the year on a high, with the celebration of the third edition of the Copa Combate, held at the Manuel Bonilla Coliseum in Lima, Peru.
Once again you felt the craziness of the 8-man tournament, as the Peruvian Humberto Bandenay was the winner of the contest in front of his people and obtained the large sum of $100,000.
In the previous editions, Mexican Levy Marroquín won the cup in Cancun, Mexico, and in 2018, the American Andrés Quintana did the same in California.
Bandenay won the competition after defeating Hugo Prada of Colombia, José Luis Verdugo of Mexico and Erick González of the United States.
In this way Combate Americas closed out 2019, and prepares to open 2020 with its debut in Puerto Rico, on January 25.
