Last week, Cody Rhodes successfully defended the TNT Championship with a victory over Jungle Boy. Sticking to his vow to defend it every week, Cody will take on Marq Quen of Private Party.
The TNT Championship is really a rebirth of the TV Championship from WCW, and it gives the guys that wouldn’t be in the heavyweight title picture a shot. Rhodes is the right guy to carry the title and Quen will give him a go, but will come up short.
Considering how angry Lance Archer is, I suspect he will be targeting the TNT title and the only man that beat him in the near future.
