Six of Wands
The Six of Wands in a traditional tarot deck displays a man being honored by his friends and peers. The man sits upon a decorated horse. People are raising their wands in reverence as the man too has his own wand held high. His though is different than all others as a wreath is attached to it.
The wreath signifies the circle of life and the continuous journeys we make on our way to spiritual enlightenment, worldly success and overall fulfillment. He alone carries the wreath as he is triumphant in his hopes and dreams. His travels, heartaches, setbacks and eventual prosperousness are what made him the man we see today. He fought for everything he has, both mentally and physically. Like Job in the Bible, he was tested with all the harshness of the world. Remarkably, he has won. He is back from those hard times and is now reaping in the rewards and rightful accolades.
Be proud of yourself. Silence any insecurity and feed the part of your ego that knows you’ve come this far and deserve the rewards being showered upon you. This may indicate a lucrative business deal or promotion falling into your lap or the love of your life fully embracing you and your ways. Whatever the case, know this is your doing and cast aside any fear or apprehension.
You seek praise and attention and are finally getting some positive energy back. For awhile, this wasn’t the case. Despite the amount of kindness and help you offered, you seemed to only get pushed down, hurt, and your hard work was overlooked. You felt beaten, used and surrounded by darkness. Thankfully, the darkest hour is just before dawn – and your dawn has arrived.
The times of being taken for granted, feeling ignored and facing neglect is over. You have those in your life who appreciate you. They are taken in by all that makes you different and special. The past may feed momentary tings of self-doubt, but worry not. Those will pass and become fewer and further in-between. Those who admire, appreciate and adore you will be by your side as reminders of your triumph.
