You are beginning a new phase and you’re going thru a powerful and life-altering transition. Things you were once sure of, you now doubt and things you once doubted seem like certainties. You need time by yourself to meditate, look inward and figure things out.
Back away from social media and multi-player video games. Take a break from large social gatherings and busy shopping centers. Reduce stress, anxiety and any unnecessary noise from your life. You need some quiet, peace and tranquil spots where you can tap into your desires and needs.
Seek out philosophy, poetry, artwork and music. Visit museums, parks, and libraries. There you will find the necessary nectar to quench your thirst.
Your quest for knowledge will be rewarded. The love you have for yourself will grow, and your hobbies and interests will bring upon a new level of enlightenment.
Once done, you will feel rested and fearless. Then, you can reintroduce the new you to your friends, family and loved ones. If they are shocked, disinterested or negative about your evolution, let it slide. At first they may think it’s a phase and nothing more. It may take awhile, but they will come around and love the person before them. They will see how much happier and less stressed you are, and may even adopt some of the approaches they initially scoffed at.
