Babylon 5 has returned in animated form in a new release from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment, hitting Digital, 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray.    The film plays with some very interesting topics like time travel and the multi-verse.  There’s a combination of old and new here.  Those that followed the live action show will see that it lives on here with some modern influence.

The animation is great here and very eye-catching and the voice acting is good as well.   The action sequences keep the story flowing quickly and the story-telling is interesting.  It was a pleasant surprise to have time travel and the multi-verse in this and the different worlds that are visited and different universes explored.

Babylon 5: The Road Home has just been released and if you enjoyed the original TV show, you’ll love this continuation of the storyline and characters.  There’s some great bonus material and commentary with this release.  I recommend it.
