ImLive.com, a site that offers the largest variety of adult webcam experiences, announced today the launch of “Sexy Cuts,” a unique adult camming experience that allows users to consult with hosts (models) who have haircutting knowledge for assistance in cutting their own hair. The new offering, which will kick off on the site on with a party on May 8, is made available to help men look their best while staying safe during quarantine for COVID-19, and offers an alternative to people in states where barbershops are opening.

“Quarantining has been instrumental in stopping the growth in cases of the coronavirus, but, as many approach week 8 of being on lockdown, it has not been kind to the growth of our hair. We understand the need for a fresh cut – the old adage ‘look good, feel good’ is no joke – but it’s not worth the risk of getting sick or spreading the virus so others will get sick,” said Adrian Stoneman VP of ImLive. “To help men look their best while staying safe, we’re excited to offer ‘Sexy Cuts,’ which will allow our sexy hosts with haircutting experience to provide live, one-on-one guidance and tips. Whether you’re looking for direction on how to do a tight fade or you just need an extra set of eyes to ensure your crew cut is even, our beautiful ladies are here to help!”

There will be hundreds of hosts, who have been carefully vetted, participating in Sexy Cuts. To get a virtual haircut, users need to set up an account and then select a host from the party and take her private. Haircuts take between 15 minutes and 1 hour — depending on the style and length of hair – and rates are determined by the hosts and vary. Depending on the desired cut, users will need a buzzer with different size attachments, scissors and fine tooth comb. After the haircuts, users can test out their new haircut and engage in a sensual camming session with the model.

This offering comes just in time as some states, like Georgia, are opening barbershops and salons. This controversial opening of such non-essential businesses has drawn criticism for prematurely opening and potentially enabling the spreading of the coronavirus.

This offering builds on ImLive’s “Stay Home, Don’t Date” campaign, which launched last month to condemn dating and dating apps that enable the spreading of the coronavirus. In that campaign, which drew support and participation from celebrities like Bella Thorne, ImLive offered to give away up to $50 million worth of a credits, the sites currency for purchasing private camming session experiences, to new users that commit to abstaining from dating during quarantine.
