The long-reigning AEW Women’s champion, Hikaru Shida, has had no issues beating the competition and holding onto her title, but she is seriously rattled by Abadon, the demonic creature that is seeking her gold belt.
Abadon is a very interesting character and she has destroyed all of her opposition and despite Shida’s claims of not being afraid, she sure seems it and that might be the way to get the title away from her. Abadon will be facing some unfortunate soul this week on Dynamite and then will challenge for the title. I like this conflict.
