Super lightweight Lindolfo Delgado, 9-0, 9 KO’s, had absolutely no issue destroying James Roach, 5-2, 5 KO’s, inside of the first round. The much larger Delgado was a real talented fighter and Roach was a club fighter that really didn’t belong in the ring with him. Delgado hurt Roach with an uppercut and knocked him down but it wasn’t ruled a knockdown. When he got up, a combination ending with a left hook to the body would put Roach down for the count. This was an epic mismatch.
