3 Binge-Worthy Netflix Shows You Shouldn’t Miss

Geno

Because of the quick rise of streaming services, we’ve been blessed with a ton of new TV series over the last couple of years, providing us the much-needed escape from reality we’ve all been craving. The competition is fierce right now, and traditional TV is struggling to keep up with the instant magic that streaming services have to offer. This is a good thing for TV lovers though, as even small niches are getting some love, finally getting the type of content they’ve been begging for, for years now. That being said, here are some of the most binge-worthy shows you can stream right now.

Jessica Jones

Superheroes have been receiving nothing but love over the last decade. They’re symbols of hope, light, and everything good in the world. We see them everywhere now. If you check here, you’ll find that even online casinos have a massive selection of slot machines inspired by their heroics, with players hoping that their favorite superheroes will lead them to the jackpot through an interesting adventure.

Jessica Jones is not your typical superhero show though, which is what makes it one of the best things you’ll see out there right now. Following her failed attempt at heroics, Jessica starts doing business as a private eye. The show gives us a glimpse into the dark side that comes with having powers and touching on real-world issues in a way we aren’t used to seeing on TV very often.

Elite

If you’re in the mood for some classic teen drama with a dark twist, then the Spanish TV series Elite could be exactly what you’re looking for. The show follows the lives of multiple prestigious high school students that just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Filled with twists, and turns at every corner, the show does sometimes stray from the usual teen drama we’re used to seeing.

The thriller elements are masterfully mixed in with the atmosphere of the show, and I mean come on, who doesn’t love following the lives of ungodly rich teenagers that love stirring the pot every single chance they get.

The Witcher

First, there were the epic fantasy novels by Andrzej Sapkowski, then came the beloved video game series that had gamers losing their minds over. And now, after years of begging, we’re finally able to see The Witcher TV show come to life. While the mystical world of fantasy the show is set in might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it seems like most of the world is enjoying it as it’s one of Netflix’s biggest hits.

The show follows the stories of a couple of characters, including Geralt the witcher, all of them dealing with separate issues that seem to put them on the same path. With only one season out currently, it’s the perfect way to kill a few hours while immersing yourself in a world full of magic, monsters, and intrigue that will have you impatiently waiting for the next season to come out.
